Presage Craftsmanship Series Seiko Watchmaking 110th Anniversary Shippo Enamel Dial Limited Edition. To mark 110 years of watchmaking excellence, Seiko is highlighting its continuous dedication to evolving technology, as well as diversity, equality and the sustainable manufacturing necessary to meet environmental challenges. Part of a collection celebrating traditional Japanese crafts, this exquisite Limited Edition, available only in a controlled-production run of 800, with the serial number engraved on each caseback, extends the Presage tradition of blending precision technology with superior craftsmanship and design, offering the finest in Japanese mechanical watchmaking with a uniquely Japanese sense of beauty. Honoring Shippo enamel, the thin and elegant blue dial is the product of a multi-step process of glazing, firing and polishing the translucent blue enamel surface to bring out the distinctive wave pattern. Created by master craftsman Wataru Totani, the dial expresses gratitude to the seas, a tribute to the Dutch enamel ware that sparked the Shippo enamel tradition of Owari, and features a new design with alternating Roman numerals and indices, as well as a date subdial and a power reserve indicator. Visible through the screwdown, see-through caseback, the 29-jewel automatic movement beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, with a power reserve of approximately 45 hours and manual winding capability. In stainless steel, with super-hard coating and a new refined and beautifully proportioned case shape, this exceptional design includes a dual-curved anti-reflective sapphire crystal, tri-fold push button release clasp, and a dark blue sustainable leather strap, certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). Packaged in a Limited Edition collector’s box. 10 bar, 100M Water Resistant
